MATT FRIEDRICH'S practice primarily focuses on the representation of small to medium businesses with a diverse range of operations such as farming, food production, trucking, fast food, asset management, and manufacturing. He has extensive experience with real property transactions including purchases, sales, and the representation of both landlords and tenants in lease transaction. Mr. Friedrich also has a broad range of experience in the representation of clients who are selling or buying businesses, as well as business entity selection and formation. Finally, a significant portion of Mr. Friedrich's practice includes wealth preservation and estate planning for successful individuals and business owners.
Mr. Friedrich was awarded membership in the Thurston Honor Society at UC Hastings. He is certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. He has served as the Vice President of the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency Foundation and is a member of the Stanislaus County Estate Planning Council. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Stanislaus County Bar Association.
