JUDY JENSEN, formerly Judy Betker, focuses her legal practice on estate planning and employment law compliance for employers. Her practice includes wills, trusts, gift and estate tax planning, and conservatorships. She also prepares employment manuals, drafts and implements employment policies and advises clients regarding various human resources issues.

Ms. Jensen is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. She is a member of the State Bar of California, its Labor & Employment Law Section and its Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Section. She is also a member of the Stanislaus County Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of Stanislaus County and the Central Valley Human Resource Association. In addition, she is a member of the Modesto North Rotary Club.
