LESLIE KALIM MCHUGH has handled a broad range of complex corporate and real estate transactions throughout her years of practice. Her clientÕs include large businesses as well as smaller family owned business interests. Ms. McHugh's practice areas include business planning, formation, and business transactions as well as real estate, estate planning, and trust administration.
Ms. McHugh is admitted to practice before all the court of the State of California and the United States District Court. She is a member and Past President of the Stanislaus County Bar Association and is a member of the Humphreys School of law Alumni Association Steering Committee. Ms. McHugh is also involved in various local charities and sits as a board member for the Community Hospice Foundation, the Parent Resource Center, and the McHenry Mansion Foundation.
