EDALINA MENDONCA’S practice focuses primarily in the areas of business formation, planning and transactions, real estate transactions, estate planning, and trust administration. Ms. Mendonca has experience in the representation of clients that are selling or buying businesses and negotiating financing agreements, including real estate and business financing. She also has experience in real property transactions, including the purchase and sale of commercial and residential property, and the representation of landlords and tenants in lease transactions. Finally, Ms. Mendonca also has experience in estate planning for individuals and business owners.

Ms. Mendonca is a member of the California State Bar and the Stanislaus County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law before all courts of the state of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. She is also a Real Estate Broker with the Department of Real Estate of the state of California.

Ms. Mendonca is fluent in the Portuguese language.
