Our Land Use and Environmental practice involves the representation of business interests in pursuit of land use entitlements, zoning matters and other regulatory approvals. We have extensive experience with development agreements, the California Environmental Quality Act and other environmental laws, and the negotiation and representation of clients before governmental agencies, including in condemnation actions.
